The Roler and Roler Basic automatic labelling machines are perfect for precise and efficient labelling of round bottles and containers. They are ideal for customers specialising in the production of round containers of various diameters.
Possible options of the labelling system:
- possibility of expanding with additional label applicators for containers labelled from the top and applying seal labels,
- use of pressure rollers, turning device facilitates work,
- side belt-conveyor and a counter plate for high performance,
- vertical and horizontal positioning system,
- safety guards,
- adjustment of angle of the labelling head,
- possibility of labelling cone shaped packaging,
- simultaneous two sides label application (front + back),
- positioning of the label in relation to the tag on the product (seam, eyelet, UV marker, logo),
- label printers: thermal-transfer or hot-stamping,
- verification of the correct application of the label by means of vision sensors or camera,
- devices transferring products between conveyors for a smooth product flow in the online mode,
- rotating tables on the intake or the outtake side of the machine in the offline mode.
